Our Studio King with Sitting Area offers one king bed, surrounding you in comfort. Luxurious linens adorn the bed and provide a tasteful touch of elegance. An additional seating area is included. Other amenities include in-room refrigerator, coffee maker, access to our fitness center, and free internet access.

Liability Policy
I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally responsible in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for the full amount of charges, and any remaining balance is subject to a 1 and ½% per month service charge. This hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry or other valuables unless placed in our safe deposit boxes located at the Hotel Front Desk. We are not responsible for the contents left in the room, vehicle or Bell Desk. The Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles left in room.

Management reserves the right to perform Visual Safety and Wellness Room Checks as explained in our Do Not Disturb Policy.

I agree to be liable for any damage caused to the room or any items removed from the room.

Pet Policy
A charge of $50.00 per stay will be applied to your room account. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your room or suite at any time unless confined in a kennel or carrier. A $100.00 Discovered Pet fee will be applied in addition to the $50.00/stay for any unregistered per found in a hotel room. Max of 2 dogs per room and 60 lbs max per dogs.

Check In & Check Out Policy
Check-in starts at 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am. I agree to vacate by 11:00 am on the above day for departure. An additional charge may apply should this not occur. Please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements.

If the debit/credit card you are using for check-ins is attached to a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount to be owed to the hotel including estimated incidentals, through your date of check out and such funds will not be released for 72 business hours from date of check out. Funds from your account can be held by your financial institution for up to 30 days.

Payment Policy
Room rates listed do not include taxes which are subject to change. Rates are based on double occupancy. There will be a $20.00 charge per night for each additional adult. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) guests.

Any special offers or discount rates are non-commissionable and are not available to travel agents, tour operators, conventions, or groups. We do not accept bookings in excess of 14 nights.

Early Departure
Please note that there is a $50.00 fee for revised departure dates after check-in.

Deposit Policy
At check-in your credit card will be authorized for the remaining amount of room and tax plus a $100.00 deposit for incidental charges per visit. Prepaid credit cards or gift cards are not accepted for deposit upon check-in.

Smoking Policy
Guests will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee if they smoke in a designated nonsmoking room.

Tax Policy
All room rates are subject to a 12% Room Tax, subject to change.

Age Policy
A credit card and valid picture ID is required for check in and the guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Digital ID’s are not accepted as approved forms of identification.
